The Story
(based on the Chinese): Tooko and Oguna grow up as close as twins. One day, Oguna leaves the capital, promising to return to Tooko’s side when he has achieved greatness. But when that day comes, Oguna, now master of the Dragon Sword, sets their homeland aflame. Escaping the carnage, Tooko sets off to find the Magatama, the key to controlling the Dragon Sword. Vengeful and heartbroken, she swears that she will someday kill Oguna, once her friend and now her hated pursuer, with her own two hands. Tooko embarks on a journey of self-discovery, unexpected allies, and the tragic truth behind Oguna’s transformation. A story of two parallel quests, of a pure love tried by grievous misunderstanding, this sequel is a coming-of-age story every bit as epic as Dragon Sword and Wind Child.
